02Information we handle

Correspondence. Veriton AI publishes four email addresses. When you write to one of them, we receive the contents of your message and your email address. The guided enquiry on this site assembles a draft message in your own email client; it is sent only when you choose to send it, and nothing is transmitted to Veriton AI before that point.

Preference storage. The site stores the language and display theme you selected so the experience is consistent between visits, and it records your cookie choice. These are described in full on the Cookies page.

Aggregate measurement. If site analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and aggregate: counts of page views and standard performance metrics, with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers. Analytics stay off unless you opt in.

03Why we handle it

We handle correspondence to read and answer the enquiries we receive. We handle preference storage to render the site as you left it. We handle aggregate measurement, where enabled and consented to, to understand how the site performs. We do not profile visitors, we run no automated decision-making, and we do not use any of this for advertising.

04Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Email sent to our published addresses is handled by our email provider. These providers act on our instructions under their respective agreements. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

05International visitors

Veriton AI is based in the United States, and information handled through this site may be processed there. Where you write to us from another jurisdiction, you consent to that handling by sending your message.

06How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address your enquiry and to meet our legal and counterparty-review obligations, then archived or deleted. Preference storage lasts only for the period set out on the Cookies page. Aggregate measurement holds no record that identifies you.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its handling, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, write to office@veriton.ai. Visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may also complain to their national data protection authority.

08Security

The site is served over encrypted connections. Correspondence is reviewed under the same confidentiality and counterparty-review discipline that governs all engagement with Veriton AI.

09Children

This site is intended for professional and institutional audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly handle information from them.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform develops. The date above records the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
